We have been in the bicycle area for 20 years and are very familiar with parts vendors in both south and north China.

Your bicycle quality ensured
Firstly, we check and confirm BOM and design with you.
This step can make sure what I produce is exactly what you want.
Then we make real samples for you to confirm.
You can come and check the samples in person if you are free.
Or I will take the photos and videos for you to check every detail.
Or send the sample bicycle to you by courier against your request.
This step can remove most misunderstandings before production.
After you confirm the sample bike, we begin bulk production.
Each part is checked according to BOM and sample bikes before entering our warehouse.
All our QCs are trained and qualified, and all our tools are inspected and adjusted every year.
Then we can lower the discrepancy rate to the lowest.
We have online checking for main procedures.
Welding is 100% checked and adjusted on the welding line;
The painting will be checked on color and sticker against the sample bicycle;
Wheels are adjusted automatically by the machine. Stay at least 24 hours to check tubes no leaking.
Assembly QC checks each procedure and takes some randomly in finished pallets.
You can ask for third-party testing if necessary.
We do SGS testing every year.
Have passed inspections of DISNEY and SYDEX, also certified by CPSC and EN.
A good package is important to protect the bicycle too.
We wrap the painted parts with thick bubble paper or foam pipes and use axle protective caps, fork protectors, and clapboards to prevent damage from transportation.
Good quality cartons are used and all finished bicycles are packed well on pallets.

We make the packages to the smallest to save your freight cost, but not too small to harm the bikes.
When loading in containers, we use the space to the most but won’t press too much to break bicycle parts.
Timely Delivery
Usually, our delivery time is 45 days after the deposit, which is for new customers or new bicycle projects.
For repeated orders and models, we can deliver the goods in one month, especially for those customers ordering yearly and shipping separately each month.
