One case i did before
This heavy-duty bicycle is for Africa market.
The customer requires a super strong frame and bearing capacity at least 100KGS.
We check every parts very carefully to make sure they match well and strong enough, especially the tyre and rear carrier.
Here are the details
Tires are essential for heavy-duty bikes. They must be puncture-resistant and wear-resistant to ride on terrible roads. A good interior with a correct valve is necessary too.
Hubs front and rear are packed separately in their own cartons. Rear hub with coaster brake must use very good quality ones.
Other parts like handlebar and stem, we check length and thickness before accept them into our warehouse.
Every parts will be checked carefully according to our specfication.
Another essential part of heavy duty bicycle is the rear carrier.
We have a story here.
Our customer requires a minimum 100KGS bearing capacity for the rear carrier. We asked for 1.2T thickness of carrier tubes from our carrier vendor in Tianjin, but they used 1.0T and less, causing test failure and refusing to reproduce for us. We made the mold and produced the carrier by ourselves at last.
We test the bike with 100KGS goods on a terrible village road to guarantee the quality.
